This Privacy Policy describes the practices of Marion Bryant ("we," "us," or "our") with respect to information collected through the website located at callmarion.com, including any subdomains (collectively, the "Site").
This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected through the Site. It does not apply to information collected offline or through any other means, including by telephone, email, mail, or in person, or to information collected by any third party, including through any website, application, or content that may link to or be accessible from the Site. Your use of the insurance products or services of any insurance company is governed by that company's own privacy notices.
By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, you should not access or use the Site.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information Collected Automatically. When you access or use the Site, we, our service providers, and third parties acting on our behalf may automatically collect certain information about your device and your interaction with the Site, including:
- Internet Protocol (IP) address and general geographic location derived from it;
- browser type and version, device type, operating system, and language settings;
- referring and exit web pages, including information about any advertisement through which you arrived at the Site;
- pages viewed, time spent on pages, the date and time of access, and other clickstream data;
- interactions with the Site, including clicks on links such as telephone number links; and
- cookie identifiers, advertising identifiers, and similar online identifiers.
2.2 Information Collected Through Telephone Number Links. If you place a telephone call using a telephone number displayed on the Site, our advertising and analytics providers may record information about that call for the purpose of measuring the performance of our advertising, such as the date, time, and duration of the call and the area code of the calling number. The content of any telephone communication is not governed by this Privacy Policy.
2.3 Information You Submit Through the Site. The Site does not contain forms or other features designed for the submission of personal information.
2.4 Information from Third Parties. We may receive information from advertising and analytics providers, including aggregated or de-identified reports regarding the performance of our advertising and the use of the Site.
3. Cookies and Similar Technologies
3.1 Generally. We and third parties acting on our behalf use cookies, pixels, tags, scripts, and similar technologies (collectively, "Cookies") to operate the Site, to analyze its use, and to advertise and measure the effectiveness of our advertising.
3.2 Analytics. We use Google Analytics, deployed through Google Tag Manager, to collect and analyze information regarding the use of the Site. We and third-party vendors, including Google, may use first-party cookies (such as Google Analytics cookies) and third-party cookies (such as Google advertising cookies) together to measure, optimize, and report on the performance of our advertising and its relationship to visits to the Site. Information regarding Google's practices is available at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
3.3 Advertising. We use Google Ads, including Google Ads conversion tracking, to advertise the Site and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. Google may use Cookies to determine whether a visitor who clicked one of our advertisements subsequently took an action on the Site, such as clicking a telephone number link. Google and other third parties may use information collected through these technologies in accordance with their own privacy policies, including to deliver and measure advertising on other websites and services. We may also use the remarketing features of Google Ads. Remarketing allows Google and other third-party vendors to use cookies to show our advertisements to you on other websites based on your prior visits to the Site. You may opt out as described in Section 6.
3.4 Other Service Providers. The Site is hosted and delivered through third-party hosting, content delivery, and security providers, and may use third-party font and content delivery services. These providers may receive your IP address and technical information about your device in the course of providing their services.

We may use the information described in this Privacy Policy to:
- operate, maintain, and provide the Site;

- advertise the Site and our services, and measure and optimize the effectiveness of our advertising;
- detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, security incidents, and other harmful or unlawful activity;
- comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal process, and with the requirements of insurance regulators and insurance companies with which we are appointed;
- establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, and enforce our rights; and
- for any other purpose disclosed at the time the information is collected, or with your consent.
We may create, use, and disclose aggregated or de-identified information for any lawful purpose.
5. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose information described in this Privacy Policy:
- to service providers that perform services on our behalf, including hosting, content delivery, security, analytics, and advertising services;

6. Your Choices
6.1 Cookies. Most web browsers accept Cookies by default. You may configure your browser to refuse or delete Cookies. If you do so, some features of the Site may not function properly.
6.2 Google Advertising. You may manage Google's use of information for advertising purposes at https://adssettings.google.com.
6.3 Google Analytics. You may prevent your data from being used by Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, available at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
6.4 Industry Opt-Out Programs. You may opt out of interest-based advertising by participating companies through the Digital Advertising Alliance at https://optout.aboutads.info and the Network Advertising Initiative at https://optout.networkadvertising.org.
Opt-out mechanisms are device- and browser-specific, may rely on Cookies to function, and are administered by third parties. We are not responsible for the effectiveness of, or compliance with, any third party's opt-out mechanism. Opting out of interest-based advertising does not mean you will no longer see advertisements.
7. Do Not Track and Browser Privacy Signals
Some browsers transmit "Do Not Track" signals. Because there is no uniform standard for recognizing and responding to such signals, the Site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. Except where required by applicable law, the Site does not respond to other browser-based privacy signals, including Global Privacy Control.
8. Sale of Personal Information
We do not sell personal information in exchange for monetary consideration. Our use of third-party analytics and advertising technologies described in Section 3 may constitute a "sale" of personal information, a "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, or the processing of personal information for "targeted advertising," as those terms are defined under certain state laws. To the extent such laws apply to us, you may exercise any right you have to opt out of such activity by using the choices described in Section 6 or by contacting us as described in Section 17.
9. State Privacy Rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have certain rights under applicable law with respect to your personal information, which may include the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, and the right to opt out of certain processing.
To submit a request, contact us as described in Section 17. We will respond to requests to the extent, and within the time, required by the law applicable to us. Before acting on a request, we must verify your identity, and we may request information for that purpose. We may decline a request, in whole or in part, where we are unable to verify your identity or authority, where the request is not required by applicable law, where an exemption or exception applies, or where the request is manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive. Where permitted by law, we may charge a reasonable fee to process a request. If applicable law provides a right to appeal a decision regarding your request, you may appeal by contacting us as described in Section 17.
Where applicable law permits a request to be submitted by an authorized agent, we may require the agent to provide written permission signed by you authorizing the agent to submit the request, and we may require you to verify your identity directly with us. We may deny a request from an agent that does not provide proof of authorization satisfactory to us.
10. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, or for a longer period as required or permitted by law, including to comply with legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations, and to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Information collected by third-party analytics and advertising providers is retained in accordance with those providers' retention policies and settings.
11. Data Security
We implement reasonable measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the security of any information, and you transmit information to or through the Site at your own risk.
12. Sensitive Information
The Site is not designed to collect, and we do not request through the Site, sensitive personal information, including health information, Medicare or Social Security numbers, or financial account information. Please do not send such information to us by email or through any other electronic means.
